please accept a sincere thank you to you all for looking after Joan for the past 8 years and making her life as good a sit possibly could be.
When I was faced with the decision as to where Joan was to live out the rest of her days, I visited a number of homes and came to the conclusion that Turfcote was the place I would like her to live. This proved to be a good choice in every way.
Over the years I have met many of your staff both past and present and it would be wrong to single out any one individual, but without exception I have always been treated as a welcome visitor and as a friend in some cases.
To have kept your staff at such a high standard over the years is quite an achievement in itself confirmed by the many long serving members still with you.
The facilities at your home have always been to a high standard with a constant programme of repair and improvement.
Once again a Big Thank You and my very best wishes to you all for the future
